This plant has been designed to give high outputs and clean the products to the highest standards especially for Used Beverage Cans and IBA non ferrous and ferrous. The plant had been predominantly reprocessing contaminated UBCs with a contamination level of up to 60% , with a throughput level of between 12 to 16 ton per hour depending on the contamination level and exporting to Germany. THM Processing Technology

THM TQZ 2000 – 315 kW

A high-energy turbo crusher used for liberating complex, composite, and contaminated materials. The TQZ uses rotor impact forces rather than cutting, making it ideal for:

• WEEE (mixed electronics, small appliances, circuit boards)
• Cable and wire liberation
• Aluminium/plastic composites
• Shredder residues (ASR)
• Hard plastics, batteries (non-lithium), and metal-bearing fractions

It breaks materials apart cleanly, reduces wear compared to traditional shredders, and greatly improves downstream separation quality.

Ecostar Screening Technology

Ecostar Hexact Dynamic Screen

A disc-based screening system used to separate materials by size, particularly effective with:
