The Cross Wrap CWD2200 is a fully automatic bale wrapping system designed for integration with industrial baling lines. It automatically receives, positions, wraps and discharges finished bales, providing an efficient solution for containing baled waste and recyclable materials.

Featuring PLC-controlled operation with a Siemens SIMATIC touchscreen HMI, the machine offers multiple wrapping programmes and adjustable film settings to suit different operating requirements. The system can also communicate with the baler, automatically stopping the feed when there is insufficient capacity to receive another bale.
