Complete RDF/SRF Baling & Wrapping Line – unoTech UPAMAT 150H5 & Cross Wrap CW2200

This complete industrial baling and wrapping line is designed for high-volume processing of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF), Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF), municipal waste and selected recyclable materials. Combining a heavy-duty unoTech UPAMAT 150H5 channel baling press, an inclined chain-belt feed conveyor and a Cross Wrap CW2200 automatic wrapping system, the plant provides an integrated solution for producing dense, securely wrapped bales suitable for storage, handling and transportation.

Material is delivered into the baling press via the heavy-duty conveyor, where it is compressed into high-density bales weighing approximately 1,100–1,700 kg. The bales are automatically tied using PET strapping before transferring to the Cross Wrap system for film wrapping and controlled discharge. With a specified throughput of up to 70 tonnes per hour, depending on material bulk density, this line is particularly suitable for waste processing facilities, RDF/SRF producers and recycling operators requiring efficient, continuous baling and wrapping operations.
