Description
The NEWeco-tec NEWtainer® Compact Belt Dryer is a heavy-duty, continuous drying system designed for the efficient reduction of moisture in bulk materials, including digestate from biogas plants and other approved products. Its modular, containerised design provides a complete industrial drying solution within a relatively compact footprint.
Wet material is evenly distributed onto a porous polyester drying belt via a moving-floor feed system. Heated process air is then drawn through the material under negative pressure, removing moisture as the product travels through the dryer. The dried material is automatically discharged by a screw conveyor, providing a continuous feed-to-discharge drying process.
