Description
Vibratory processing equipment is used throughout a wide range of industries for the handling and processing of bulk solids; examples of typical applications are detailed below:
- Conveying materials from A to B.
- Feeding materials into other equipment at a controlled rate.
- Compacting materials in containers to improve quality or to reduce volume and make containers
more stable for transportation. - Loosening and spreading materials to assist other process such as magnetic, optical or density
separation. - Screening and sizing materials by vibrating materials over a screen media such as woven wire mesh, bars or grids
A typical vibratory plant design will consist of a main body designed to carry the process material, a drive to provide the necessary vibratory action and anti-vibration mounts to isolate vibratory forces from the supporting structure / surfaces.
For screening equipment the unit will also include screening media.
